Hiya, I’m Michael. I’m a freelance journalist, editorial assistant, and illustrator based in Toronto. I love telling stories about food and culture.

I graduated from Ryerson University with an M.A. in Fashion, and from the University of Toronto with an Honours B.A. in English and media studies. In my spare time, you’ll probably find me doodling on my tablet, drinking too much coffee, testing a new cookie recipe or gaming until 2am.
